- Assist in optimizing cost and budget control without compromising service control
Ingredient management
- Ensure quality and safety of raw materials from suppliers
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Oversee the SOP are compliance by staffs
- Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development.
- Research, develop and documentation of SOP.
QA/QC
- Monitor and maintain workplace safe, clean, hygiene and organized
- Assist in conducting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the food preparation, production and packaging process.

Education: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Culinary Management/ Food Science/ Nutrition.
Language: English & Mandarin
Working Days: 6 days a week
Personality: Flexible, proactive and positive character.
