Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Planning of personnel structures
  • Support with the preparation of project plans
  • Management of the project office
  • Internal and external communication
  • General organisational tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a hospitality or event management company (Degree Graduate are welcome as well)
  • Past experience with Creative in event planning and implementing will be in advantage
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Skill & knowledge in Microsoft Power Point, Excel & Word
  • Self-initiative & proactive; able to work independently and under pressure
  • positive attitudes and mindsets in the workplace, willing to learn and be a team player
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Flexible to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays
