Job Responsibility
Responsible for managing and distributing information among the co-workers, answering phones, and doing other administrative work play an important role in organising, managing, and keeping an office running. Responsible for clerical and organisational tasks like file organising, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages and prepare quotation and follow up. In addition to data-entry, report-writing, filing and scheduling, you will perform duties such as payroll, coordinate direct mailings and work on special projects. Other duties will include scheduling complex activities, meetings and events.Remark:able handle Autocount system
