Job Description

Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle deliveries to the office and manage receiving procedures.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Plan and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Assist in coordinating office maintenance work and liaising with service providers.
  • Support bookkeeping by scanning and organizing records.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in office administration and develop a variety of professional skills.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
