Responsibilities: Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions- To do filing for all claim documents, getting the supporting documents and outgoing correspondences with systematic filing systems
To record and keep track of all data information and documents submission on-line
- Coordinate and assist with other sections of the department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective
Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Admin/Business Admin/Management/Finance- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken
