Assist in optimizing cost and budget control without compromising service control
Ensure quality and safety of raw materials from suppliers
- 3. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Oversee the SOP are compliance by staffs- Work with head chefs and kitchen operation manager for SOP and product development.
Research, develop and documentation of SOP.
Monitor and maintain workplace safe, clean, hygiene and organized
- Assist in conducting quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the food preparation, production and packaging process.
