As a Hospitality Intern you will have the unique opportunity to rotate between three crucial departments: Housekeeping and Front Office and F&B operation . This internship program is designed to give you a holistic understanding of the hotel operations and a well-rounded experience in the field of hospitality.
Help with food prep: wash, peel, and cut vegetables; prepare meats.
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes.
Keep the kitchen clean: wash dishes, sanitize workstations, store ingredients properly.- Follow food safety guidelines.
Receive and store deliveries, manage inventory.
- Join kitchen meetings and training sessions.
Other tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Assist in daily operation: Help with day-to-day tasks in the restaurant assign by the superior. Ordering and Inventory : Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing special event
Quality control :Ensure food and service meet quality standards.- Understanding and adhering to health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
Assisting with financial tasks, such as processing payments, and managing receipts.
Currently enrolled in a hospitality/ Culinary or related degree program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Hands-on experience in key departments of the hospitality industry.
