Storefront Operations is all about managing the daily tasks which includes:
- Organising and managing orders for Ecommerce Stores on website and marketplace
- Handle processing of orders including packing and liaising with logistics partner efficiently
- Liaise closely with 3rd party warehouse team to handle orders
- Organise shipment bookings and return orders
- Accept orders from 3rd party websites and keying into main websites
- Handle Live Chat, Emails, Social Media channel enquiries & Calls
- Manage 3rd party marketplace account enquiries and listings
- Manage Product Listings for all websites
- Check and Manage inventory accuracy in website
- Assist Ecommerce Executive on implementing website updates, data entry and changes
- Assist customer service team with personalised orders & customer service as backup
- Assist with other ad-hoc given tasks
Through the internship program (Min. 2 months)1. You gain extensive experience in eCommerce operations and the various systems and tools used by the team
- Customer service experience
- Long term career progression if the candidate is suitable
