- Provide support in customer service

- Currently in the final year of diploma/degree program or a recent graduate of Business, E-commerce or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask
