Job Description

We are looking for an Intern who is passionate and is eager to learn and grow within the service and security. During this internship period you will be equipped with vendor handling experience, multitasking ability, documents AVRF) and many more.

  • Responsibilities:
Maintain Physical Security Control - Conduct security patrolling in the building
  • Attend vendors appointment during the event of troubleshoot, repair or services
Update security guards attendance daily
  • Understand the customers requirement, analyzing and interpreting data in reporting.
Perform a variety of office administrative duties, such as emailing, manage the tidiness of storeroom.
  • Assist and support the Automated Visitor Registration System (AVRF)
Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies and house rules.
Collaborate with internal teams, sharing ideas to improve DC work environment.
  • Any other duties as and when instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Senior Management.
  • Requirements:
Must be currently undergoing an Undergraduate / Graduate Degree Programmed in any related field (preferably in Computer Science/ Business Admin)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate with working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with office applications and other relevant software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Detail - oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach
  • Nice To Have - Requirements: Microsoft software applications knowledge such as Power Apps

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM
  • 00 - RM1,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday
