Responsibilities :- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
Pursuing a diploma / degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
