Develop training material (video & presentation on chemical handling, ergonomic, PPE, machine guarding).
- Conduct safety briefing for new employees and contractors.
Carried out daily gemba walk & workplace inspection, data analysis and report management.- Review and update existing manual, procedure and safe work procedure, in compliance to ISO 45001 & 14001 standard requirements.
Document preparation for ISO Audit (internal and SIRIM), Internal audit report, management review meeting, legal register, chemical register, audit notes, audit checklist, etc.
- Review and data analysis on chemical health risk assessment (CHRA), noise risk assessment, chemical exposure monitoring, medical surveillance, local exhaust ventilation monitoring, annual audiometric testing.
Review and assess existing HIRADC in compliance to latest work activity.- Daily monitoring of mykkp system.
Review and update existing safety data sheet to comply to the latest legal requirements.
- Manage the scheduled waste inventory, waste card, consignment note and data analysis.
Monitor IETS performance including IE chemical reduction program.- Stack air emission performance monitoring.
Project - IWK documentation part/ submission notification.
- Weekly meeting with HSE personnel.
