Support the Corporate Actions Announcement Capture & Processing teams in relation to Regulatory Reporting & Withholding Tax for Australia and New Zealand.
Ensure all Regulatory and Tax Reporting obligations are complete and lodged within market and client deadlines. This will include but not be limited to:
o Annual Income & Investment Reporting (AIIR)
o Review and processing of Managed Investment Trust Annual Statements
o Support Client Reporting Requirements
Ensure all Client tax documentation is accurate and up to date.
Provides support to operational processes as needed
Understands the procedures and controls required for custody services
Assist with special reports and projects, and performs all other job duties as assigned by supervisor
