Our office is located in Seberang Jaya, Penang, with 8 working hours per day. We welcome interns with relevant diplomas/degrees in business management and marketing, and also graphic design and mass communication to join us.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in our online marketing, data entry, media design, content and copywriting, understand our business and processes, and work with our professional team to complete tasks. We believe that this will be a valuable learning opportunity that will help you grow and progress faster in your future career.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in various tasks, such as:
- Online marketing: Assisting in the planning, implementation, and management of online marketing campaigns, social media marketing, and Online Marketing Orientation (OMO).
- Content and copywriting: Assisting in creating engaging and informative content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
- Data analysis and research: Assisting in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and identify areas for improvement. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Assisting with event planning: Assisting with the planning and execution of events such as OPP Sharing Event, Tourism Attraction Orientation (TAO) and In-House Travel Fair.
As an Admin intern, you will learn:
- Operation strategy: Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's operation strategy.
- Teamwork: Work closely with different team members in the company to assist in project management and operation.
- Daily business processing: Handle the problems arising from the company's daily operations and the problems it faces to ensure that the company's business can run smoothly.
- Process data: Make statistics and analyze data generated by the market and business to obtain useful information to help the company's development.
As a tourism intern you will learn:
- Industry understanding: You will have a more comprehensive understanding of the tourism industry, including operations in different fields, market trends, competitive landscape, etc. This will be a solid foundation for a future career in the field.
- Sales and Marketing: At a travel company, you may be involved in sales and marketing activities, learning how to promote travel products, attract customers, and effectively communicate brand values.
- Customer service skills: The tourism industry focuses on customer service experience. Through internships, you can improve your communication skills with customers, solve problems, handle complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: In a travel company, teamwork is usually required to complete various tasks. Through an internship, you'll learn how to work with people from different backgrounds and skills to achieve common goals.
As a Graphic Design and Mass Communication Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in various tasks, such as:
- Creating and designing visual content: Designing and creating visual content for the company's marketing materials such as company's website and social media graphics, banners, logos, flyers, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials, including preparing files for printing, proofreading, and ensuring accuracy of design and content.
- Contributing to the development of the company's brand identity, including logo design, typography, and colour schemes.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and software tools to continuously improve the quality of the company's marketing materials.
We provide on-the-job training and internship allowance to help you adapt and integrate into the work environment.
