Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Handle all administrative paperwork, ensuring that documents are properly filed, stored, and, when necessary, shredded or recycled according to company policies.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into company databases, maintain records of transactions, and ensure data integrity.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain calendars for the management team.
- Office Management
- Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and that supplies are used efficiently.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office, coordinating with service providers as necessary.
- Support to Management
- Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports on office activities and others related for the management team.
- Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the management team.
Job Requirements: - Degree / Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
Good command of English & Malay/Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Details-oriented, strong follow-up, and good management skills.
Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Additional information:- Available to start on Q3 or Q4 2024 (we are open for discussion if you wish to start earlier than that)
Working day: Monday to Friday
Duration: 3 to 6 months- Must be able to be base at Batu 9, Cheras, Selangor
