Prime Function- To file in invoices and receipts in SQL Account as instructed by the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records (SQL Account)
Carry out other related tasks as required.- Perform daily general and administrative duties.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Manager from time to time.
- Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
Produce professional quality reports- Responsible to entertain walk-in customer.
Person Specification- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
