- International Sales Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our global market presence by managing international sales activities. This role requires a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in trade, both offline and online, exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, shipping processes and basic understanding on international regulatory frameworks.
- 1) International Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets and business opportunities for expansion.
Lead trade activities, both offline and online, to promote and sell products/services globally.
- Build and maintain relationships with international distributors, retailers, and partners.
- 3) Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts, agreements, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in international transactions.
- 4) Supply Chain Understanding:
Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and distribution processes.
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to international markets while minimizing costs.
Oversee and coordinate international shipping activities, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with regulatory, procurement, logistics and forwarding agents to streamline shipping processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- 6) Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs, import/export laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance challenges in international markets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in international sales, trade, and negotiations.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and shipping processes.- Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
