Job Title: Project Management Associate [Junior and/or Senior Associate]
- Duration: 6-9 months [Full time Contract]
We are seeking for a couple of talented and driven Project Management Associates to join our team on a 6-9 month contract. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of projects and programs, manage social media channels, conduct research, and assist with project management activities. This position is open to candidates with some relevant experience in project management, communications, or corporate event coordination on a 6-month short-term project [full-time] contract (potential to convert into long-term work).
You are not only passionate about marketing and event planning but also brimming with creativity and a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media marketing, graphic design, photography, and videography. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct research for project planning, identifying trends, venues, vendors, and other logistical needs.- Plan, coordinate, and execute international marketing events and programs from concept to completion, ensuring efficient logistics management.
Provide support with program coordination and execution, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms and websites, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all channels.
Create digital content based on the company's guidelines, including copywriting, graphics, videos, and animations.- Conduct market research to gather insights on global industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team to produce content and/or coordinate marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, social media content and website content.
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies.
Support brand and communications activities, occasionally assisting with graphic design, photography, and videography work.- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, events, and programmes, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities.
- Assist with all other related consulting project support work as required.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Events Management or any discipline or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience; 2-5 years of experience in Project management and/ or a related role. Fresh graduates with some past relevant experiences can apply. All International applicants will need to have a valid working visa.
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and social media platforms
- Basic graphic design, photography, and videography are a plus.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working in an international environment and intercultural competencies is a plus.
