Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the Trading team and helping with the smooth day-to-day running.

  • Coordinate and monitoring with internal departments (Operation/Shipping/Sustainability/Finance) to get relevant documents and/or information relating to Sales Contract and shipment.

  • To make sure all documents and/or information are in complete order and the latest update from Internal Department.

  • To prepare the cargo sample upon request from Trade team by coordinating with Operation Team and Laboratory Team.

  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelors degree in administration or equivalent.

  • At least two (2) years of experience in administration and other related positions.

  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Able to work independently with good teamwork.

  • Able to work on Saturdays.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
