Internal Audit Senior Executive

Assist the Senior Manager in accomplishing the Approved Annual Internal Audit Plan.

• Carrying out the audit of the Group's operating units including its wholly owned subsidiary companies by promoting operational efficiency by recommending possible methods of cost savings and improvement of the activities being reviewed.

Conducting follow up on all outstanding audit issues and recommendations to ensure that prompt implementation of agreed corrective measures by the auditees.

• Establishing systematic documentations of audit working papers with proper cross referencing, description of work done and supported with adequate evidence for each audit assignments to facilitate review.

Appropriately escalate the audit issues with auditee / management through formal audit exit meeting and obtain feedback from them.

• Drafting audit reports upon completion of every audit assignments with concise, factual presentation able to write the audit issues in a proper audit report with minimum fundamental and grammar error.

Continuously seek opportunities on business process improvement for the Company.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Senior Manager.

• Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Agricultural Science or its equivalent;

• Working in internal audit working experience in property & oil palm plantation industry would be in advantage;

Candidate with appropriate job knowledge but from different industry are encouraged to apply;

• Good knowledge in MS Office applications; preferably with Microsoft Visio knowledge;

Willing to travel (25%) within Malaysia and Indonesia;

• Ability to interact and communicate confidently with senior management;

Good organizational, project and time management skills; and

• Highly independent and positive towards work commitments.
