Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Enhance the audit effectiveness by developing dashboards via analytics tool for risk monitoring, Audit, and ad-hoc review.
- Advise and enable auditors in leveraging data and analytics for their conduct of audits and/or investigations and/or gap validations.
- Enhancing and maintaining the data mart and tools/dashboards implemented for the bank includes overcome challenges and resolve the issue encountered.
- Conduct training / knowledge sharing to auditors to improve the knowledge and awareness of use data and apply analytics.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders includes vendor in delivering the assignment.
- Manage the deliverables and timeline of task assigned e.g. dashboards development and report request.
- Analyse and provide relevant insights from the dashboards to the business unit, senior management and board.
- Assist overseas branches / subsidiaries in using data / analytics for risk assessment & monitoring and audit.
Job Holder requirement
- Malaysian citizen
- Degree in Actuarial studies, Banking/Finance, Business, Information Technology, Mathematics/Statistics
Experience
- 5 years and above experience Data Analytics / Audit / Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
