Responsibilities
- Perform technical installation, troubleshooting, fault resolutions and/or escalations of Workplace infrastructure such as messaging, file and print, video conferencing & telephony systems and Microsoft Operating system for all Commerz Global Service Solutions users.
- Manage end user infrastructure support/configuration covering endpoints and mobiles devices
- Manage/Provide remote assistance for all end user application and hardware support (Microsoft 365, XenApp etc.)
- Assist in relocation of equipment within company when required
- Document all the IT related guidelines and manuals for the organization
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
Duration
Can fulfill an internship period in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur for 6 months
