The candidate is responsible in resolving customers damaged or malfunctioning home appliances as well as customers enquiries or technical issues related to the company's products or services.
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Examining customers appliances and identifying the cause of appliance breakdowns
- Repairing or replacing defective or damaged appliance components for warranty and out of warranty upon approval from customers.
Maintaining an accurate record of all items / parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.- Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
Ensured customer satisfaction with proper communication.
- Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
- To be a Successful Candidate:
SPM, Certificate in Electrical & Electronic, Vocational school, Diploma, Degree
- Know-how to troubleshoot / tools.
Understand electricity and how it powers appliances.- Good knowledge on Electrical & Electronic theories
Can start work immediate.
- Willingness to work at Kuantan KTO branch.
Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English- Basic customer service and communication skills.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM- 00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule: - Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
