Job Description

  • Checking data accuracy in orders request and invoices are accurate.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales order request record.
  • To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Make sure the customer and sales know relevant details on delivery.
  • Compile, track, analyze and summaries sales reports for Sales Manager/ HOD.
  • Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal/ External presentation.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

  • Good time management & Stress management.
  • Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
  • Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
  • Able to work Overtime if required.
  • Knowledge in Canva.
  • Final semester student only.
  • Malaysian only.
