JOB DESCRIPTION- Monitoring of WIP goods / finished goods and to ensure the products meets the food safety requirements
To check CCP and ensure all CCP record is record correctly and accurately.- To prepare retain sample for each batch on daily basis.
To conduct daily personal hygiene checking and record keeping.
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma e in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.- Strong interest in food safety, quality assurance.
Able to work 10 hours a day include lunch break.
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced food production environment.- Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field of food science and quality assurance.
