As an PMO Intern, you'll champion:
Assisting Project Managers in managing project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management for a range of IT projects.
Maintaining quality standards and consistency in project methodology, providing constructive feedback for product and process improvements.
Leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met effectively.
Setting clear resource expectations and project success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring timely sign-off on key deliverables.
Providing robust project governance, including scope control, risk and issue management, change control, and escalation management.
Facilitating project cadence calls with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Supporting client relationship management and facilitating smooth project transfer to internal teams.
Who you are:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at a recognized university (last semester graduates are encouraged to apply).
Have a background or qualifications in IT.
Have some experience with MS Project (preferred).
Willing and able to work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel as needed to collaborate with stakeholders.
Committed to working long hours when project demands require, especially under tight deadlines.
