Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. Your responsibilities include updating our employee records, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities:- Recruitment - assist HRBP to call referees to make reference check of candidate's background
- Training/Learning hours - assist HRBP to compile and key in all the training hours into the Excel files format for records
- Medical Expenses - assist HRBP to compile and key in all the medical expenses incurred by employees and by companies
- Allowance claims - assist HRBP to compile and key in all allowance claims such as parking claim, despatch monthly claim, car wash claim and hotline and hotline allowance claims incurred by employees and by companies, send to the finance.
- Organizational Chart - create and update organization chart by companies
- Prepared Part time salary - assist HRBP to key in hours and calculate salary
- Filing - compile and arrange old file put in the box and request to send to the store, pull out all the resign staff detail from the file, key in all new joiner in the file, and arrange the file by alphabet
- HRDF - apply and request for staff training, list staff name, key in the amount and check allowance cost matrix
- To participate and assist in the CSR programme.
- Prepared Condolences form - to inform all colleagues that family member of the staff has passed away by email and prepared condolences form for donation.
- Any other duties assigned by the management or direct supervisor/manager.
HR Intern Requirements:- Graduate Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Office Administration.
- Team player, independent & able to communicate with all level of employee
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
