Were looking for a young, talented, dynamic, and motivated Payroll. Interns role is to be the starting point of the payroll process in preparing payroll summary reports from source documents with the end output of producing salary payment files for review or client submission.
- Data entry of employee movement (new joiner, resigned, and transfer).
Issuance of employee movement letter (new joiner, resigned and transfer &, etc).
- Ensures that P-File was kept updated and filed appropriately.
Act as customer service in ASKHR for HR-related queries.- Ensured employee payroll transactions were captured accurately and maintained in the payroll system within established deadlines.
Ensures that 3rd Party Statutory (EPF, SOCSO & LHDN) are updated accordingly.
- Participates in continuous team operational activities and discussions.
- Pursuing Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
Must possess good communication skills and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
Computer literate in MS Office- Able to work independently and be a good team player.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
Able to identify and demonstrate clear comprehension of customers and organizational needs.- Punctuality and confidence in facing challenges
