Responsibilities- Employee Engagement Support
Assist in the preparation of the companys activities or events.
- Help to develop internal communication materials that promote company activities (visual, copy, physical materials, etc).
Coordinate logistics for engagement events: Booking venues (meeting room), Catering arrangement ,(whenever applicable)- Organize, file, and maintain all relevant documents required for year-end reconciliation, including activity invoices and receipts.
Support the creation and distribution of emails and intranet updates. Administrative- Assist in designing employee engagement surveys and polls.
Responding to employee concerns via phone or email.
- Learning & Development Administrative Support
Support all internal training sessions weekly coordination.
- Assist in tracking participation and gathering feedback on learning programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records.- Communicate cancellations to vendors or employees as needed.
A bachelor's degree in human resources.- Good communication skills in Mandarin.
Able to speak in Mandarin/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in fast pace environment- Knowledge in IT will be an added advantage

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM1,300.00 per month
