Job Summary
As an HR Intern, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, employee engagement and employee training and development.
Job Details
- Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants.
- Plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage job advertisements on job portals and performing related follow-up
- Assist the HR team in organizing Company events.
- Update and maintain non- confidential databases and files
- Assist in employee training and development matters
- Assist in employee engagement and internship program
- Assist with special projects as needed

- Highly self-motivated and an effective team player.

- Good written and spoken skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
