Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support the performance management process, including tracking and filing performance reviews.- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Participate in HR meetings and take minutes as needed.
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
