Position Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Services Intern to join our Business Process Optimization department, focusing on Human Resource Services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various teams, including Employee Data Administration, Payrolls, Report Automation, and Project Management, all while contributing to the optimization of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- BPO Administration:Provide administrative support to the BPO team, including but not limited to preparing reports, attending daily meeting, and handling routine correspondence.
- Process Optimization:Participate in projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems. Assist in analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
- Project Assistance:Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
