Job Scopes
- Assist in updates and maintain proper filing of employees personal file.
Assist in collection and sort out attendance from various departments.- Assist in Foreign Workers on boarding procedures.
Assist in arranging for Interviews and update HR Calendar for meetings.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure first-day office checklist is done accordingly.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management or reporting line from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably final year student and some working experience as a part-timer would be great!
Be able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
- Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English
Must be proficient in MS Office- Has initiative, able to work independently and outspoken
Intellectually curious with the ability to execute ideas, be responsible for deliverables and be empathetic
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage
