Job Responsibility
- Assist live hosts in setting up and running live-streamed sales events.
- Moderate and respond to audience comments and inquiries during live sessions.
- Track and manage product inventory during live sessions, ensuring accuracy.
- Help update and organize product information and images on our online platform.
- Support in preparing reports on live event performance, tracking engagement, and sales metrics.
- Engage with the audience to create a welcoming, interactive, and professional experience.
- Conduct routine administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Provide feedback on audience trends and suggest improvements for future events.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with an online audience effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during live events.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about e-commerce and digital engagement.
- Prior experience in customer service, social media, or content moderation is a plus but not required.
