Responsibilities
- Provides reception services and responds to or redirects inquiries either in person or by telephone, by assisting contractors, staff and students with requests or referring them to the appropriate person
- Monitors and maintains supplies
- Establishes and maintains filing systems
- Coordinates meetings and department events
- Handle the janitorial / housekeeping services
- Attend to requirement of client visit (Food and Preparation)
- Attend to accommodation and transportation requirement
- Operate wide range of office machines such as photocopiers, faxes, printers, etc.
- Process all outgoing local and overseas mail
- Delivery of inbound mail and courier items directly to the addressees desk
- Arrange for an outsourced dispatch service for important documents which are to be delivered urgently
Duration
Can fulfill an internship period in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur for 6 months
