Internship Opportunity at ESG Association of Malaysia (ESGAM)

• Reporting line: Secretary General

• Location: Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur

• Allowance: RM1000 per month

• Intake: August 2024

• Duration: 3-6 months

• The ESG Association of Malaysia (ESGAM) is seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing Communications activities/initiatives and the Secretariat department, as well as assisting with the overall operations of the association.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communication strategies.

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases.

Help organize and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars.

• Assist with membership management and engagement activities.

Provide administrative support to the Secretariat department.

• Contribute to the development of ESG-related content and resources.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operations and initiatives.

• Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Studies, Marketing, Communications,

• or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Malay is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) etc.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Passionate about sustainability and ESG initiatives.
