Job Summary
Assists Senior Manager, QMS in performing daily duties relating to QMS execution, that are required to ensure organizational compliance and certification to ISO and GxP standard. He/she will involve in internal audit and self-assessment for continuous improvement, support operation in quality related matter and liaise with Quality Assurance department for solution.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular self-assessment to ensure current processes established for the QMS are implemented and well maintained
- Provide insight of opportunity for improvement through self-assessment, including suggestion of training required for operation team, new procedures or forms required to strengthen work process
- Work with operation in Deviation Report closure and change control issuance/follow up with QA department.
- Support operation in quality related process to ensure adequate data or information is provided to Quality Assurance Department for subsequent product release, process qualification as well as complaints resolution. Liaise with Quality Assurance Department for the above to achieve the objectives.
- Guide operation in the correct implementation of the QMS. Ensure full compliance to GxP standards
- Lead project for process related continuous improvement.
- Assist operation in procedures/work instructions write up.
- Assist operation in Change Control, follow up actions in Change Control for closure.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic, Engineering or any other related fields.
- Any prior experience in quality assurance or QMS specific to logistics, supply chain, or a 3PL environment would be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a minimum course completion CGPA of 3.0 are welcomed to apply as well
- Possess knowledge in project management.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
