Trade Marketing at Unilever, is known as Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) is part of the key business function that aims to increase demand with supply chain partners such as wholesalers, retailers, or at the distributor level. Most importantly, it also involves key customer business planning. As a wider marketing discipline, you need to keep your brand relevant in the market through outstanding trade visibility. By working with the world's most well-known brands, you will manage the essential elements of the marketing mix by enrolling into our top-notch marketing program. You'll be part of a cross-functional team and partner with internal key stakeholders such as sales, marketing and supply chain team, this will includes external supply agencies to realize a
real-time marketing campaign.
Throughout your internship, you'll acquire valuable industrial experience within a dynamic multinational corporation. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- To ensure smooth executions across channel and customer by constant tracking the progress of each project.
- Support existing CSP managers on day-to-day tasks and follow through the details and communication with other parties.
- Sharing and contributing to the ideation and activity planning for key marketing campaigns.
What You Need To Succeed
- To complete all assigned activities successfully as per planned.
- Follow up constantly to ensure timely execution.
- Able to effectively assist CSP managers in order to create a better trade plan and execution to drive higher growth rate to total Ice Cream business.
- After program completion, the intern should obtain a better understanding on Business Acumen, develop coordination skill and and problem-solving skill.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Trade Marketing and Fast-Moving Consumers Goods.
- Able to commit for at least 4 to 6 months.
- Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.

- You are proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel), particularly Excel working knowledge of formulas and Pivot Table function.

- You have good organization skills and detail-oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- You have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
