As a CRM Intern, you will be part of our CRM team, helping with the implementation and execution of our CRM strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Team to deploy effective communication campaigns and analyze customer engagement. This role provides a great opportunity to work on impactful projects and learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup and Execution:
- Help set up and run marketing campaigns, including push notifications, pop-ups, and email direct marketing (EDMs).
- Work with the Marketing Team to ensure the content and visuals are consistent and appealing.
Data Reporting And Analysis
- Assist in creating reports and analyzing data from various CRM activities such as push notifications, pop-ups, and EDMs.
- Extract insights to understand how customers behave and engage with our campaigns.
CRM Strategy Support
- Provide support in developing CRM plans to improve our existing strategies.
- Join brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
Customer Insights
- Analyze customer data to learn about their preferences and behaviors.
- Help segment our customer base for targeted marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with different departments to gather content and insights for campaigns.
- Ensure smooth communication and information sharing between teams.
Market Research
- Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM and digital marketing.
- Research competitors to find opportunities for innovation in our CRM strategies.

- Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in CRM and digital marketing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, copwriting and marketing software is a plus.
