Position: Interns Creative Designer

Position Overview:

Lead creative design for our brand By The Billions and clients at our digital marketing agency, El Papi Creatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop graphic designs to be used for digital platforms such as social media content, website content, and in-video overlays
• Spearhead the design process for major campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring visual communication and brand consistency.
• Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring optimal engagement across different digital touchpoints
• Have experience in branding design work, able to produce Company CI, logos, colour tone, look & feel.
• Able to adapt said branding designs into event themes are a plus point!
• Skills and experiences in illustration based designs are a plus point!
• Collaborate with our content team to brainstorm and conceptualise innovative design strategies

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree/Certificate or certified Self Taught in all things related to creative design.

- Strong creative vision with an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

- Always over communicate and with high collaborative spirit

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and familiar with video editing tools.
