What would you do
- Collaborate with the UED team to create and refine product content, including UI text, microcopy, user manuals, and other digital content.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of content style guides and voice/tone guidelines.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on content effectiveness.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure content aligns with user needs and business goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall user experience.
- Help with content audits and updates to ensure consistency and accuracy across all product touchpoints.
- Support the team in documenting content strategies and writing processes.
- Assist with translation projects for Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese to ensure linguistic and cultural appropriateness.
- Participate in system migration projects to ensure content integrity and consistency during transitions.
Who should join us
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
