Channel Marketing plans and executes customers campaign for Partnerships Distributions, and to ensure customers rewards are paid out to eligible customers accordingly. On top of that, to create contents and marketing collaterals for both Agency and Partnerships Distributions channel.
Key Assignment Work
Measurement of effectiveness of customer campaign
Control and governance of customers campaign fulfilment cycle
Administrative work
Assist to request to churn eligible customers listings based on campaign mechanics T
Perform validation (maker checker process) on the accuracy of date
Liaise with Risk Team to perform screening to the eligible customers entitled for monetary payout.
Liaise with vendors (example Retail companies, e-Wallet) for processing / delivering gifts
Support in upload the cashback listing to the path for PV generation in IL.
Liaise with Finance as per SOP to ensure payments processed accordingly (cashback campaign)
Sending of campaign payout related SMS to customers via vendor platform.
Liaise with vendor, IT and Ops, for communications with customers (Example letters)
Other marketing tasks including reviewing marketing collaterals Performing post campaign analysis.
