Job Summary
Plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of the Revenue Team. The role involves updating the Monday Board, qualifying leads, onboarding sellers, collecting agreement contracts, and providing general administrative support to the Revenue Team.
Key Accountabilities/ Results/ Performance Measures
- Qualify leads by contacting suppliers to inquire about their business nature and location.
- Collect agreement contracts and signatures, creating a designated Drive for documentation.
- Assist suppliers to fill up key information via google forms.
- Administer key seller information in the database on the Monday Board.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate gathering of relevant information and maintain the board with the latest updates.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Revenue Team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documentation.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the efficient operation of the Revenue Team.
Position Specifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
