Job Responsibilities:- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities ( Altica product ranges: Medical Devices such as Automatic External Defibrillatior, ventilators,patient monitors etc)- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Engineering (Industrial) / Engineering ( Mechanical) / Business Admin/Marketing or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.- Good command of English and Malay ( Spoken & Written).
Have B2/ D license.
