Agent Admin is the department processing New Agent Application submitted by Agency Force. Agency Admin also involve in System Development where new process are set in place that require to provide system enhancement to the current processing so that it covers end to end. There will be ad-hoc projects as well in supporting our front liners stakeholders and our inter-departmental stakeholders as well.
Key Assignment Work
- Managing Customer enquiries (improve communication skills), pls use the same statement (for contracting)
- Preparing user-requirement pertaining to system enhancement (detailed and comprehensive) that other inter-departmental stakeholders based on their understanding.
- Preparing ad-hoc report (analytic mindset) pls use the same statement
- Co-ordinate and liaise closely with IT personnel/stakeholders to rectify the error
- Follow-up follow thru with stakeholder pls use the same statement
Requirements
- Degree in IT, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with the team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.
