Assist in maintaining and organizing office matters such as filing, records, and outstanding documents.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and attend to incoming customers.
Assist the logistics/warehouse team with outgoing shipment arrangements, such as generating box labels, consignment notes, packing, and arranging riders.
Assist the logistics/warehouse team with incoming shipment storage/warehouse arrangements as per instructions.
Assist in generating invoices in SQL as per documentation.
Assist with data entry as instructed.
Assist in scanning and electronically filing documents for all signed DO/DN.
Assist in managing and maintaining office and pantry supplies monthly.
Perform all general and administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Warehouse Management.
