Design & Sales Specialist with a design background to join our premium wood flooring showroom in Malaysia. This is a
commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, perfect for someone with a passion for design and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert wood flooring product knowledge and tailored recommendations to designers, architects, and homeowners.
- Leverage your design background to communicate effectively with industry professionals and understand their project needs.
- Assist with on-site measurements and dimensions to ensure accurate installations.
- Guide clients through the wood flooring product selection process, aligning design vision with technical specifications.
- Drive sales by offering customized solutions, maximizing client satisfaction, and growing your earnings.
Compensation: Commission-based with
no cap on earning potential, offering limitless opportunities for high performers.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and motivated by results in the high-end wood flooring market.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Engaging with industry professionals to provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Assisting clients with on-site measurements and dimensions to ensure precise installations.
