Responsible to design, prepare design concept proposals, 3D drawing, sketch, Layout plan, detail drawing & on related to project while meeting deadline.
Determining the objectives and constraints of the design brief by consulting with clients and stakeholders;
Researching and analyzing spatial, functional, efficiency, safety and aesthetic requirements;
Formulating design concepts for the interiors of buildings;
Preparing sketches, diagrams, illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts;
Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, suppliers and construction staff;
Selecting, specifying and recommending functional and aesthetic materials, furniture and products for interiors;
Detailing and documenting selected design for construction;
Coordinating the construction and the decoration of interiors;
Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement & follow the said time-line.
Any other task as given by Management from time to time
Job Requirements
At least at 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
Detail oriented and able to do multi task, prefer candidate with self-motivated attitude.
High standard of technical drawings and budget awareness for project cost.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia ,English and Mandarin(Optional) .
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Computer literate and numerate.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attitude and responsible character.
