Interior Visualizer / Designer

Salary Range from RM3000 to RM5000

at Glenmarie Shah Alam or Puchong Selangor

Permanent Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.

The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

Create and prepare concept and design development including 3D

Handle all documentations required on project team requirements

Specifying materials and furnishing, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures and etc

Work closely with head of design

Carrying out ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Qualifications

Trained in interior design, e.g. Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design

Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the related industry

Required Skills: AUTOCAD, MS Office, 3D Software (3Dsmax Vray or Corona ZRender Only) , Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects

Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires

Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs

Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Strong creative and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to execute
