About The Job
- Conceptualization and Design: Developing creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to our clients needs and brand identity.
- Space Planning: Conducting thorough assessments of spaces and providing innovative layout recommendations to optimize functionality and flow.
- Material and Furniture Selection: Curating a palette of materials, furnishings, and decor that align with project objectives, budget, and aesthetic vision.
- Project Management: Overseeing the entire design process, from concept to installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Client Engagement: Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback, and providing exceptional customer service.
About The Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimun of 2 years of proven experience in interior design projects, preferably in residential projects.
- Proficiency in software/tools relevant, e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, materials, and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
